Delphi VST SDK, template and tutorial is a complete package of useful files for all
those who want to start developing their own VST plugins (synths and effects) with
Borland Delphi. Lots of new and original stuff by me has been added to the template,
like a new parameter interface (with custom ranges, units, mapping curves,
parameter smoothing, etc.) and improved MIDI in and out support.
 

The download below contains all that is needed to develop plugins with Delphi
(except for the Delphi compiler itself):

- all converted VST SDK files, no additional SDK downloads needed!
- the new VST template for creating VST plugins
- the VST documentation and license from Steinberg
- a new and comprehensive manual and tutorial written by me
- several demo plugins with source code (filter code, plugins without GUI, MIDI
  plugins, VU meter)
- Pete Morris' excellent DIBControls for Delphi (cool GUI components)
- my DspUtils unit with lots of useful functions (fast floating point math code,
  tempo synchronisation, unti conversion, clipping, scaling, ...)

Delphi 6 Personal Edition is currently available for free download on Borland's FTP
server, the latest Delphi 7 PE is also on some magazine CDs at the moment.
 

Of course the original Steinberg SDK license is valid for this translation as well, please
read and agree to it before you develop anything. The license is also included in the
download.

You are welcome to develop freeware and commercial plugins with these files, but
although all information is given to the public for free, I take no responsibility that
everything works as expected! Use at your own risk!
